Ingredients

    Mixed Berries, unsweetened, 1 cup
    * blackberries
    * blueberries
    * raspberries
    Apples, fresh, 1 small
    Banana, fresh, 1 small
    Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yields
    Honey, .5 tbsp
    water, 2 tbsp

Directions

put all fruit in blender and then pour into 3 oz , paper cups, with pop sticks and freeze for about 60 minutes or until frozen.
