Introduction

I use this basic smoothie recipe when I am in a hurry and do not have time for an elaborate breakfast. This is very diverse in that you can switch flavor of yogurts, fruits, etc. Just adjust your calories when doing so. Best of all it is not complex and does not call for fancy gourmet ingredients that most people either cannot afford or find. Enjoy! Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1 cup of no sugar added low fat frozen vanilla yogurt
    1/2 c. fat free milk
    1 serving fat free yogurt (you choose the flavor)

Directions

Simply add ingredients to blender and blend until desired consistency.
