This spread is great on a toasted bun topped with cooked chicken. But I think it would great with anything. It is high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids which is great. So healthy and good for you. Ingredients

    Avocados, 1 fruit without skin and seeds and diced in small pieces
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, .25 cup
    Pesto Sauce, 0.25 cup
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 6 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or processer - mix well - and spread on a sandwhich or use as a veggie dip.
