Ingredients

    2 cups dry Great Northern Beans
    3 "links" Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage, cut into circles
    2 cups onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
    1-1/2 Tbsp chopped garlic (to taste)
    6 roma tomatoes, quartered or chopped
    1 small head cabbage, chopped or shredded

Directions

Soak beans overnight, drain and rinse well.
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
Add beans & chicken broth. Cook on low about 30 or 45 minutes. Add sausage
Cut veggies stir into crockpot, putting cabbage LAST on top. Cook about 4 hours, stir cabbage in, cook another hour.
Serving size = 1 cup
