Introduction

Seems like a strange combination but wonderful! Serve with Sour Cream Pork Chops and makes great dinner. My husband even put a bit of left overs on frozen yogurt for dessert. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can pineapple rings
    1 can sliced peaches
    1 can sliced pears
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp curry powder
    Butter Buds OR 3 pats of butter

Directions

Drain fruit, combine in 9x9 baking dish. Mix brown sugar and curry. Sprinkle over fruit. Sprinkle Butter Buds (or divide 3 pats of butter into little pieces) over sugar/curry combination. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered. Makes 6 portions at approximately 2/3 cups each. Enjoy!
