Ingredients

1sp olive oil
1c chopped onion
1/4 c white cooking wine
2 minced garlic cloves
2 c shredded cooked chicken or turkey breast
1 c frozen whole-kernel cor or pepihominy
1tbsp chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp chile powder
2 cans(141/2 oz) chicken broth
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced peeled tomatoes-undrained
1 (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup (Amy's) undiluted
(homemade tortilla chips from corn tortillas to serve with soup)
Directions
Saute onion and garlic w/oil-2 min. Stir in all other ingredients except tortilla chips.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Top with tortilla chips.
