Ingredients

    1-1/2 c sweet potatoes or yam, peeled & chopped
    1-1/2 c cauliflower chopped
    1 c pine nuts
    1/4 leek, or slice onion
    2 T onion pwd
    3 T olive oil
    1/4 c filtered water
    1 t sea salt to taste
    2 T dried parsley

Directions

serves 4

in food processor, chop up yam or sweet potato, cauliflower, nuts
add rest of ingredients process till smooth as possible.
then transfer mix to high speed blender, on hi till whipped completely smooth.
adjust salt as needed. (edited: i have reduced amount)
best warmed in dehydrator.
