    450g lean minced beef
    400g can chopped tomatoes
    400g can kidney beans
    1cup chopped carrot
    30g tomato paste
    30g chilli paste
    3 cloves garlic


serves four
brown beef in pan then add chilli, grlic and tomato paste, draind kidney beans add to pot with can of tomatoes, simmer for 20 mins
serve with rice or baked potato
