Introduction

Ever buy one of "those" cantaloupes? You know the ones that don't have much taste? Well when you process it the flavors release (mine did anyway) and I decided to add some vanilla yogurt to it.... It really does not need the sugar but I had already added it to make the melon taste better and I was going to make pops but made this instead. Pretty good if I must say so myself! ;-D Ever buy one of "those" cantaloupes? You know the ones that don't have much taste? Ingredients

1 quarter of a medium cantaloupe
1 cup Dannon Light and Fit VANILLA yogurt
    1tsp Sugar in the Raw

Directions

As most of my recipes start out - this was supposed to be something else.So the sugar is optional, since I used vanilla yogurt. That being said here is how I did it:

Add cantaloupe and sugar to food processor ( I used a mini) Process until smooth, then add yogurt and process until well blended.
Enjoy or chill and serve later.
Makes 2 1 cup servings.
