10 seedless grapes
2 stalks celery
1/3 cup cherry flavored craisins
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
3 oz shredded chicken
1 oz walnuts
1/2 Tbs. lemon juice

Chop fruits and vegetables into pieces. Blend all the ingredients together.
