Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Lamb, Ground, 21 oz
    Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp
    Garlic & Garlic 10 gm each (ginger garlic paste)
    *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper (chopped into tiny bits)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 50 grams ( these are actually the dark brown small ones, its also known as horse gram or black gram)
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.5 cup (only for coating purpose ) posibbly it may take less than 0.5 cup.

Directions

Makes 20 kebabs. Each serv size = 2 pc.
Serves 10 induvisuals.

Combine all the ingredients except breadcrumbs.
Make little patties out of them, the size of a carom coin (approx 36 - 37 grams each). And deep fry them in medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes. If you intent to marinate them ( good idea as it takes in all the juices and makes it tender ) then do not add the egg until you are about to make patties.
You can even microwave them if you wish which will cut down a lot of calories !

Can be served with mint chutney or salsa
