Ingredients

1 Tennesee Pride Turkey sausage patty
1/4c Egg Beaters Southwestern
1/4c New potatoes boiled
1tsp chili powder
1tsp garlic powder
1 slice Sargento's Light Pepper Jack
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tamxico Whole Wheat tortilla lo Carb
Directions
Cook eggs, sausage, potatoes, and spices together, using an olive oil cooking spray.
Warm tortilla in Microwave for 15 secs.
Add egg and potato mixture to tortilla. Tear cheese in half and place on egg and potato mix.
Roll up and microwave for an additional 20 secs.
Makes 1 serving.
You can also add fresh 2tbs fresh salsa and 2 tbs of lite sourcream for an adiitional 50 calories.
