A HIT in our house, which included a 13 and 15 year old. We used brown rice....PERFECT! Don't forget to brown the onion with the beef. :o) This is DEFINITELY going in our "keeper" file! - 9/25/07

    Very Good
Loved this - made it with ground turkey and topped with a little shredded cheese - was hard to stick to just one portion. - 6/15/10

    Very Good
We would definitely make this again. Good amount of spice and tasted great in bell peppers. Didn't have salsa, so we pulsed a can of stewed tomato slices and it worked great. - 1/23/10
