    1 cup non fat milk(optional not included)
    1 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
    1 scoop vanilla meal replacement
    1 cup water

    adding non fat milk will increase the nutrional value

Directions

in a blender combine all ingredients mix until desired consistency


makes 1 12 oz serving
