Introduction

An almost guilt free indulgence! Similar to my other chocolate cake recipe, only using sour cream which gives the cake a moist and chewy texture. This cake is good enough you don't even need the chocolate chips in it! An almost guilt free indulgence! Ingredients

    2 tbsp whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp cocoa
    1 tbsp chocolate chips
    2 tbsp low fat sour cream
    1.5 tbsp milk

Directions

Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, and chocolate chips in a coffee mug.
Add the sour cream and milk. Stir until just combined.
Microwave for 1 minute, 20 seconds.
Allow to cool slightly.
Serves one.

*NOTE: Measurements are not exact. I just plopped in some sour cream and added milk until I got the consistency I wanted. If it's too thick, add a little milk. I'll update the next time I make this if it needs changing.

    This is pretty good, I used low fat plain yogurt instead and sprinkled the chocolate chips on top. It hit the spot for the craving without a whole pan of brownies left over!

    Not as good as I had hoped for. Texture on top was weird. May need to re-adjust the time to allow for microwave wattage differences. May have something to do with the sour cream. - 8/19/10
