Easy & tastes great! Added sliced mushrooms from a jar since I used Creme of Mushroom. The entire family loved it! Also, I only cooked it for 6 hours and it was perfect at that time. - 1/2/11

I modified this by using 1 Med tomato diced and only 3 Tbs Ketchup for a low-sodium option. I also added 1/2 chopped onion and served it over brown rice with 1 Tbs low-fat sour cream. It was great! - 6/10/09

So Yummy! Even my 3 year old daughter ate this meat happily (she refuses almost all meats!) In addition, you can shred the leftovers for a fabulous shredded pork sandwhich. I put my on crusty sourdough bread. - 7/18/09

I liked this recipe, the flavor reminds me of how my Dad makes ribs, by putting Onions and Ketchup on them.

Mine came out a little dry, only because the power went off for a couple of seconds and shut off the crock pot and I had no idea how much time was left, so I overcooked them just a little
