Yummy Homemade Fruit and Yogurt Parfait Yummy Homemade Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Quart Strawberrie (Cut up)
    2 Medium Banans (Sliced)
    1.5 Cups of Green Grapes Seedless
    2 Small containers of Vanilla Yogurt (Preferably Light or Fat Free)
    1/4 cup Grape Nuts Cereal
    4 tsp. Splenda

Directions

Cut up Strawberries into a medium size bowl. Chop Green grapes and slice bananas add to strawberries . Add Splenda and mix together.
Just before serving mix 1/2 container vanilla yogurt to each serving and sprinkle with grape nuts cereal for crunch.
