No matter how I prepare oatmeal, it always tastes bland to me. I was excited to find this recipe, and when we tried it this morning, we loved it! We will definitely make it again! I just have one question. Is the sodium content low because of the type of oats you used? - 1/6/10

I'm glad you liked it! The low sodium is because of the oats - I probably just used store brand, but they're the equivalent of old fashioned Quaker oats in the tube-type container @ the store, as opposed to the packets of instant oatmeal which usually have some added salt, etc.
