Ingredients

4 oz extra lean ground beef
1 tsp dry onion soup mix
1 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
1 tbsp raw, chopped scallions
1 Roman Meal Multi-Grain bun
Directions
Set oven to Broil to preheat
Take beef and onion mix and mash together in bowl, forming into a patty.
Mix cream cheese and scallions in a separate bowl.
Place burger patty on foil lined sheet in oven 4-5 inches from broiler. Allow the burgers to cook undisturbed with the oven door closed, removing the pan at the midway point to flip the burgers. For rare burgers, cook 3 minutes per side; for medium-rare burgers, 4 minutes per side; for medium burgers, 5 minutes on the first side and 4 minutes on the second side; for well-done burgers, 5 minutes per side.
Spread onion cheese mix on buns or on burger patty, dress according to preferences.
