Introduction

Strawberry crisp atop creamy vanilla yogurt. Strawberry crisp atop creamy vanilla yogurt.

Ingredients

    2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
    2/3 cups oats
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 T butter
    2 T olive oil
    4 cups vanilla yogurt

Directions

Layer strawberries on the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Sprinkle with 2 T sugar.

Combine dry ingredients and mix. With hands, squish in butter and oil until oats crumbly. Smooth mixture over strawberries.

Heat oven to 350, bake for 30 minutes.

Serve over 1/2 cup yogurt.
