    4 large carrots
    4 stalks celery
    2 apples - one gala, one Granny Smith
    1 pink grapefruit
    We also add whatever other fruits or vegetables we may have that are fresh like pineapple chunks, grapes, kiwi, orange, lemon, spinach or beets. Add whatever you may have around. Don't try to juice bananas or avocados.


This makes a quart of juice. We each drink two cups for our lunch everyday so it is always fresh made. It tastes very good and is filling.
