Ingredients

    jalapeno
    anaheim chile
    1/2 med onion
    1 tsp roasted garlic
    4-5 beefsteak tomatoes
    pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    cheddar cheese
    tostitos tortilla chips

Directions

Cut tomatoes into chunks that the blender can handle. Place in blender, puree until all the tomatoes are liquefied or if you like chunky, until it is the consistency you like. Add onion, chile, and spices, blend thoroughly.

On individual plates, place a serving of tortilla chips, cover with a generous amount of salsa, then an ounce of shredded cheddar cheese. Microwave until each plate's cheese is thoroughly melted. Serve.

You can change the cheese around or add meat, canned chicken works well. Experiment!
