Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    2 TBS corn starch
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 cups blueberries
    1/2 tsp almond extract
    1/8 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix sugar and cornstarch in pan. Slowly add water. Add lemon juice. Add blueberries. Cook until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add cinnamon and almond extract. Makes approx. 10 servings.
