Ingredients

    1 Package Beacon Light Frozen Flounder Fillets
    2 tsp Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Light
    Seasonings (as desired)
    - Old Bay Seasoning
    - Onion Powder
    - Lemon Pepper Seasoning
    - Garlic Pepper
    - Salt


Directions

2 fillets = 1 serving, makes 2.5 servings

Remove packaging from fish and thaw for 4-6 hours

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Line a baking sheet with foil, grease lightly with Country Crock
3. Rinse fish under cold water and place on baking sheet
4. Rub a small dab of Country Crock on each fish fillet
5. Cover fish evenly with spices
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes
