Introduction
I was starving and going to eat whatever came in contact with my face. I raided the fridge and came up with this. I hope you like it!I used one of my previous recipes that I still had left over. I hope you don't mind.
I added the sliced jalapeno and I got such a kick of spice so that is definantly optional for those of you who don't like a lot of spice.
I paired this will about 2 c. of fresh veggies and an orange. I enjoyed this so much I think I will try and make this for dinner sometime.. ;-) I was starving and going to eat whatever came in contact with my face. I raided the fridge and came up with this. I hope you like it!

Ingredients

1 8" multigrain tortilla
2 tbsp lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp finely shredded cheese
3 oz of my Easy Burrito Filling (half of a 6 oz cup)
1/2 c. shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 jalapeno, seeds removed, if desired
Directions
1. Microwave the tortilla (covered with a warm wet paper towel) for 30 seconds to warm up.
2. Microwave the filling for 1-2 minutes.
3. While that is going, using a spatula, spread the yogurt on the tortilla and add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Put the filling on, roll up the tortilla and ENJOY!
