Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 fresh Cabbage, Shredded (or bagged Coleslaw Mix)
    3/4 c shoestring carrots
    2 oz sliced Almonds
    1 Lg Can Chicken (10 oz)
    3 Green Onions, Slices

    Dressing
    2 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp Salt
    Dash Pepper

Directions

Mix chicken, cabbage, carrots, almonds and green onions together in a large bowl, in a separate bowl mix dressing, pour over salad and refrigerate 1 hour for full flavor. (Optional: add 1/2 package crushed Ramen Noodles, Without flavor packet, just before serving...not included in nutrional info)
