Ingredients

    6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (roughly 3 lbs.)
    1/2 cup Light cream
    1/4 cup white flour
    32 tbsp. Marsala Wine
    8 oz. Portabello Mushrooms
    2 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    1 garlic clove
    2 tbsp. Shallots
    2 cup Chicken Stock
    2 oz. prosciutto
    1 Box (8oz.) pasta

Directions

Combine all ingredients except pasta and chicken to make the sauce (only use about 2 tbsp of flour for the sauce), dredge chicken in the rest of the flour after pounding, add the chicken after the sauce simmers.

Cook pasta separately and add under chicken and sauce at the end.
