Ingredients

    1 Chicken breast
    2 tbs Olive Oil
    1 C green pepper sliced
    1 C red pepper sliced
    1/2 C carrots
    1 C sugar snap peas
    1 C Zucchini
    8 tbs stir-fry sauce
    1 C uncooked rice

Directions

Cook chicken. Heat oil over medium heat, add vegetables, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add stir-fry sauce until heated. Serve over rice.

**(Can substitute, delete or add any vegetables)
