I cut mine in half and used Herbes de Provence after spraying. I grilled for 2 mins. per side and would have liked them grilled a bit more. I liked the crispy of the grilled outer leaves and the warm crunchy of the inner leaves. No vinegar. I choke on vinegars. Overall an unusual recipe for a grill. - 8/12/13
