    Incredible!
My husband and I enjoy this dish because it's easy and filling. You can vary it by substituting whatever leftovers you have in the refrigerator. - 1/7/13

    Incredible!
Delicious!! I used my mini processor to fine dice the veg. and ham (Honey Ham). Instead of baking, I cooked like an omelet on my NONSTICK griddle. I would have baked it but I waited til last minute to do thinking it was cooked like an omelet. I sauteed the veg & ham for a min before adding rest. - 6/4/09
