Introduction

Just like Mom used to make... Only vegan. Just like Mom used to make... Only vegan.

Ingredients

    4 cups boiled potatos, diced
    1 cup diced raw carrots
    1 cup diced raw celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    pinch each of salt, pepper, mustard seed, celery seed
    2 T Follow-your-heart vegenaise

Directions

Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Add seasonings and toss. Add vegenaise and stir to combine. Chill till serve. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
