Ingredients

    * Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cups
    * Granulated Sugar, 1 1/8 cups
    * Light Cream , 3 cups
    * Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tbsp

Directions

In bowl, mix skim milk and granulated sugar with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes. Add cream and vanilla and give a stir. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and let it run for 25 - 30 minutes.
