Introduction

Ingredients

16 oz of pork chops (4 thin cut pork chops)
1 C of lowfat cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
2 medium potatoes sliced thin
1 C of mushrooms sliced
1 C of 1% milk
1 small onion sliced or chopped
2 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of black pepper
2 tsp of Mccormick montreal steak seasoning
2 C of canned green beans drained (about 1 can)
cooking spray as needed
Directions
1. preheat oven to 350. Prepare a large skillet or wok. Prepare a large casserole dish.
2. Slice potatoes thin and layer evenly in dish.
3.Season chops with 1 Tbsp of garlic powder, pepper and steak seasoning.
4.Spray skillet and heat to med heat. Brown chops and set aside on top of potatoes in casserole.
5. combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, mushrooms and rest of garlic powder. Blend until creamy.
6. Pour soup mixture over chops and potatoes.
7. Bake covered for 30 min, uncover and bake for 30-35 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
You can mix the green beans with the potatoes and pork chops or serve on the side. I have done both.
