Introduction

this was a fun experiment my daughter and I did and all five kids, as well as Daddy and I, loved them! Sorry the ingredients are not in order. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Blend wet ingredients in blender and mix into dry ingredients. Ingredients

    2.5 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup raw sugar
    4 cup flour
    1/2 cup ground flax
    1.5 cups whole wheat
    3 tsp baking soda

    Wet Ingredients:
    1/4 cup liquid sugar twin or other sugar substitute equivilent to 1 cup
    6 eggs
    3 cups banana mashed or blended
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1.5 cups margarine, melted

    2 1/3 cups chocolate chips - mix in afer wet ingedients are mixed in with dry ingredients


Directions

Bake at 400 for approximately 20 minutes.Makes 31 to 36 muffins.
