    Hemp Shake- Berry Pomegranate Flavor
    Banana
    Strawberries
    Europe's Best- 4 Berry Frozen
    LF Vanilla Yogurt
    Skim Milk
    Raw Almonds


Directions

Put it all in the blender and let it fly. If you want a thicker consistency throw a few ice cubes in.
