Ingredients

    1 & 1/2 lb. chicken (bite-sized pieces)
    3 c. sliced onions
12 oz. bag of frozen green beans
12 oz. bag of frozen broccoli, carrots, snap peas, and water chestnuts
    3 c. uncooked brown rice

4. Combine all ingredients together and add garlic powder.

Enjoy!

Not bad at all! I love all the vegetables! I used brown rice instead of Minute Rice to add fiber and other nutrients. I'll make this again. - 5/14/09

Really good, I just added two cloves of minced garlic to the onions when they cooked instead of using powder. Tasty!!! - 1/28/10
