Ingredients

    Olive oil spray
    1/2 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless cut into small pieces
    1/2 pound portobello mushroom, cut into strips and halved
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/4 cup low fat chicken broth
    1 tsp italian herbs
    1 lb. asparagus, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    3/4 pound pasta (I used half regular and half whole wheat)

Directions

Spray large frying pan with olive oil spray. Stir fry chicken and mushroom pieces. Sprinkle with italian herbs. Add chicken broth. Simmer.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of water about 6 minutes, THEN add asparagus to same water and cook about 4 minutes longer. Drain pasta and asparagus. Mix with mushroom mixture. Enjoy.
