Ingredients

    1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese
    1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
    1 clove of garlic crushed
    1 tblsp. lemon juice
    Dash of cayenne pepper or tabasco or season peopper and dash of paprika
    1 can (14 oz) artichoke quarters in water (not in oil)


Directions

Drain artichokes and break them up into bite size pieces. Add all other ingredients and mix. Place in ovenproof dish and bake 350 deg. for 10-15 min.
