Ingredients

    Spartan graham cracker crust
    2 small pkg Jello SF FF Lemon Pudding
    2 3/4 C nonfat milk
    3 egg whites
    1/4 t cream of tartar
    dash sugar (3 t approx)

Directions

Mix pudding and milk. Pour into pie shell. Heat oven to 350 F. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in glass or metal bowl until frothy. Add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue over pie and bake for 10 to 12 minutes to brown and set the meringue. Makes 8 servings.
