Introduction

Great alternative to "real" meatballs. Most people can't tell it's made with soy granuales and ground turkey. Great alternative to "real" meatballs. Most people can't tell it's made with soy granuales and ground turkey.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1.3 lb. lean ground Turkey
    12 oz Soy crumbles (Morning Star Farms)
    3/4 cp raw oatmeal - ground into flour
    2 beaten eggs
    Italian seasoning to taste (Tablespoon or so)
    1/8 cp whole wheat flour
    1/2 T paprika

Directions

Mix together first 5 ingredients, Use disposible gloves to form 20 golf sized balls - mixture is quite sticky. Combine Flour and paprika on large sheet wax paper, gently roll balls in mixture. Place on a large, non-stick cookie sheet (must have sides) Bake 30 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Half way through turn balls.
