Ingredients

    3/4 cup Splenda Brown sugar
    10 tables spoons oil
    5 egg whites (large egg)
    1 egg (large)
    7 ripe bananas (large)
    2 cups uncooked oats
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 cup wheat flour
    2 cups white flour
    1 cup vanilla whey powder
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon


Directions

Blend together first 4 ingredients, then mix in bananas, oats and milk. Then mix in slowly the flour and whey powder. Finally add the last ingredients and blend. Use mini-bread loaf pans to make 32 mini-loaves or 2 large loaves.

If making mini loaves cook for 18-20 minutes on 350- if making large loaf cook for 1 hour 10 minutes on 350.
