Ingredients

    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 cup milk
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup flour
    2 tbsp oil
    2 tbsp sugar

Directions

beat eggs well, add in remainder of the ingredients, let stand for 30 minutes, heat 7" pan filmed with butter, pour in 1/4 cup batter, tilt pan so batter is spread thin, flip over.

can be frozen sealed in plastic.

    Very Good
    I have my own substitues and additions for this recipe. I do all of the above except I replace the milk with Almond Milk and the flour with gluten free rice flour.
    When the crepes are finished, I drizzle some preferred chocolate in the middle then I add frozen berries such as blueberries.
