Ingredients

    2 fillets of Smoked Fish
    6 Mushrooms
    8fl oz Semi-Skimmed Milk
    Dash Black Pepper
    Cream (optional)
    Mashed Potato
    Peas

Directions

This recipe makes 2 servings.
1. Put on the potatoes to boil.
2. Put the fish in a skillet with the milk and gently bring the milk to the boil, adding the mushrooms and black pepper.
3. Set the peas off to cook through.
4. When the potatoes are boiled, mash them thoroughly and keep warm.
5. Remove cooked fish and place onto plate
6. Thicken up the remaining fish sauce with cream (optional) or allow to simmer for a few minutes longer to thicken a little more.
7. Serve fish, potatoes, peas and cover in fish sauce.
