Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Ground Pork, 2 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Cook rice per instructions. While rice is cooking, cook pork, carrots, and peppers in frying pan until pork is no longer pink.

Mix soups, & spices together into large bowl, then mix pork mixture and rice into the bowl. Place in casserole dish and cook in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

**Note: I got this recipe from a magazine, but I added Morton's Nature Seasoning to taste.**
