Introduction

This will make enough for 2 servings (1/2 a breast and plenty of sauce for your rice). Add some ginger and garlic if you have it, but if not, it's still yummy without. Ingredients

    1 frozen chicken breast halved OR 6 chicken tenders
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    2-4 Tbsp sugar (depending how sweet you like it)
    1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
    1 c water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then drop the heat to a simmer.
Boil for 7-10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Arrange chicken over a mound of rice and pour leftover sauce over everything.
Add some sliced scallions, if you like them.
Don't forget to serve w/ plenty of veggies!
Makes 2 servings (1/2 a chicken breast or 3 chicken tenders per serving)
