Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Use 11" skillet.
    (1/2 the recipe for an 8" skillet)
    Melt 1 stick margarine ( I use butter) in skillet
    Add 1/2 cup brown sugar
    Put in pineapple slices
    Fill 1/3 to 1/2 white or yellow cake mix (I prefer yellow) mixed very thick
    Cover
    Start on MEDIUM heat
    When cover is hot, turn to LO
    Check for done 10 minutes after turned
    *Times may vary depending on what type of skillet you use.


Directions

Makes 16 ; 1 - 1 1/2'" pie slices
Cook for 20 minutes and then check for doneness. You may have to cook it a little bit longer depending on your skillet.
