-
One package Pillsbury Pizza Crust
1 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim
10 small slices of Pepperoni
6 large slices of Salami
1/2 package of frozen spinach(or other low cal. healthy veggies you'd like to add, like red pepper, mushrooms)
1 small onion chopped

Tomato sauce-----
small can of tomato paste
enough water to make it as thick as you like
italian seasoning
Directions
Makes 6 pieces.
Unroll pizza dough, prepare like package says, greasing pan with Pam or other non-stick spray.
Thaw spinach in microwave. Add olive oil to skillet, heat on medium. Add onion to pan. Add thawed and squeezed out spinach to pan. Warm.
Layer pepperoni, cheese, spinach and onion mixture, and salami in pizza dough. Wrap sides and pinch. Then flip over so pinched side is down. Dust with the pinch of flour and brush on a little more olive oil if you like. Cut a couple small slices in the dough for air and steam to escape. Bake according to package directions. 425 for 18-20 minutes is usually good.
To make tomato sauce....
SO EASY! Just open can, pour in bowl. Add italian seasoning and however much water you prefer. I like my sauce thick, so I add about 1/4 cup. It also make for a more potent sauce.
