This cost efficient dish is easy to prepare in a dorm, office, or small kitchen. I use a 3 quart slow cooker and i adjust it to low. Serve warm or cold with whole-wheat tortillas and beans! Ingredients

    4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup of Pace Mild Salsa
    1/4 cup of Kraft Mexican Style cheese

Directions

Place chicken breasts in a 3 quart slow cooker * if you want more food youll need a bigger slow cooker*. Cover with salsa and a touch of water. Cover with cheese. Turn on slow cooker on low setting and cook chicken till it shreds with a fork.
