Ingredients

    1 large can white beans, drained 530 gr drained beans
    1 large can stewed tomatoesd, 476 gr drained
    300 grams cooked dark meat turkey
    200 grams chopped canadian bacon
    3 cloves garlic
    2 TBLSP balsamic vinegar
    .5 tsp red pepper
    black pepper, rosemary to taste
    1.5 tsp herbes de provence

Directions

Makes 5 servings
Drain and rinse beans. Chop and sautéed turkey meat. Put everything together in a big pot and simmer on low for 35 minutes or so.

Serve with a green veggie, sautéed zucchini, spinach, etc.

Could be put over pasta or rice to feed a crowd.
