Introduction

I divide this recipe into 3 so each of my family can make their own pizza. I substitute the oil with the lower cal yogurt. I divide this recipe into 3 so each of my family can make their own pizza. I substitute the oil with the lower cal yogurt.

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal 1.5 Cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Water 1 cup
    Horizon Organic Fat Free Yogurt, Plain, 0.25 cup

Directions

Grind the oatmeal in blender. Reserve .5 cup of whole wheat flour. Combine ground oatmeal salt ,remaining flour, and baking powder. Mix well and add the water, olive oil, honey, and yogurt. Combine until a dough forms. Add the reserved flour until the desired consistency is reached.

Divide the dough in thirds and top each third with the desired toppings. Bake for appx. 15 min in a 400 degree oven.
